  15. The other concern is that it takes programmer control to construct a
  16. CONSISTENT shortcut system.  For example, Alt-N for `Next' in every
  17. dialog, even if there just happens to be other selectable objects
  18. earlier in the form that start with N.

  20. Shortcuts without consistency are difficult to learn, and dangerous.
  21. [extreme eg. `N' for `Now' in a Format Disk dialog where the rest of
  22. the program uses it for `No'].
